1. QUESTION:

"How are your charges calculated and how do I know how much my service will cost?"

ANSWER:

Each of our services are calculated by a standard method. This provides all of our customers the fairest and most predictable pricing.
Towing of any kind is calculated using two charges: cost per mile and the Hook Fee. We charge per loaded mile, calculated using the shortest possible route. A Hook Fee is a flat fee for any and all work done by your technician to prepare and load your vehicle. We use the same pricing model for Accident/Vehicle Recovery Services and Large Equipment/Accessory Building Relocation.
Other services, like Roadside Assistance, Winching, etc. is charged by a flat rate for that specific job.
When you call for a FREE QUOTE when scheduling your tow, your Dispatch Specialist will always provide you a price BEFORE we dispatch your job. Our Pricing Guarantee ensures that you pay the price you were quoted.* Additionally, we always want to give you the best price, upfront; we have many discounts available for things like returning customers, long-haul towing and referrals. 2. QUESTION:

"Do I have to schedule my service ahead of time? And do you provide Emergency Services?
​
ANSWER:

While you can always call to schedule a tow or other service with us ahead of time, we understand that the need for towing does not always come at a convenient time. We provide Emergency Services for Towing, Wrecking, Accident Recovery and Roadside Assistance. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including major and minor holidays.
3.) QUESTION:

"How will I know when a Technician will arrive to my vehicle and when it will be dropped off?
​
ANSWER:
When scheduling your Towing Service, your Dispatcher will be able to give you an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). Additionally, you will receive text updates from our tracking system that will notify you when your Technician has been dispatched to your vehicle, when they have arrived at your vehicle, when your vehicle is loaded and when they are en route to your drop-off location, with time estimates of each step of the process. If you have any questions about timing of any part of the process, you are always welcome to contact your Dispatcher.
4.) QUESTION:

"Do I have to be present at my vehicle to have it towed or recovered?"
​
ANSWER:
​
No, you do not need to be present with your vehicle to be towed. We understand that your busy day my not accomodate waiting for a Towing Technician to arrive. If you are comfortable leaving your vehicle and it is in a safe location, you are welcome to do so. Just be sure to let your Dispatcher know the exact vehicle location, which services you require and leave your key in a secure location, if possible (having the ability to put your vehicle in Neutral is best for your car's mechanics).
We are happy to send you updates about your vehicle's progress and offer contactless payment options for your convenience.
5.) QUESTION:

"Can I ride with the Driver to my vehicle's drop-off destination?"
​
ANSWER:

Of course! We make accomodations for our customers to ride with our Drivers as comfortable as possible. Most of our trucks can accomodate up to 4 passengers. If you have more than one person that needs to ride along with the Driver, please let your Dispatcher know so we can send a truck that fits your needs.
6.) QUESTION:

"My vehicle was towed/impounded from a Private Property location. How can I find out who towed it?"
​
ANSWER:
​
All Private Property Impounds are required to be reported to the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office within ONE HOUR. Many Private Property locations have signage present, notifying the public of Tow Away areas; some of those signs are provided by the Towing Company the business uses. You may be able to find the contact information of the Towing Company on signage at the tow away location or by contacting the Private Property owner directly.
If you are not able to find the Towing Company's information at the tow away location, you can contact Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office at 864-503-4500. You can also check our their website concerning Towing Ordinances in Spartanburg County
6.) QUESTION:
"I see that you can tow vehicles, but what other items can you tow or relocate?"

ANSWER:
In addition to vehicles, we specialize in relocation and towing of many other items, such as Large Machinery, Refrigeration Equipment, Shipping Containers (for personal or business use), Campers, Large Toolboxes, Forklifts, Accessory Buildings/Sheds and more, to or from Spartanburg, SC! Absolutely! While most of our Towing and Roadside Assistance services the Greater Spartanburg and surrounding areas, we also specialize in Long-Haul Towing. Whether you need towed across town, across the state or to a different state completely, we can get you taken care of.

All of our Towing Technicians are experienced and extensively trained, holding Wreckmaster Certifications for their area of expertise (Wreckmaster is the industry standard for training in the industry), we carry General Liability, Vehicle, Garage Keepers and On-The-Hook coverage HIGHER than the minimum requirements. This means your vehicle is protected. Many other towing services only cover the minimum required insurance to keep them on the road and in business; unfortunately, this means their insurance protects THEM ONLY. We carry insurance riders that insure your vehicle during your tow because we know you work hard for what you have and want to keep it safe!
